80e Vue d'Optique Représentant L'Hotel de Ville d'Amsterdam. Large antique optical view of the City Hall of Amsterdam. The view is engraved in reverse for use in a zograscope, an optical device that used mirrors and lenses to create perspective. These prints were only produced for a short period of time.
Size with margins : 51 x 32,5 cm / 20 x 12,5 inches. Condition : good condition, some slight traces of folds on the left margin, antique colors. Edition : Paris, chez Daumont rue St Martin, c.
